Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. In the year 17 she was awarded her Professional Card one year later. Thus becoming the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was required to take six years away from the stage following the award of her Pro card to complete college. In 2015 she continued the same path as she did in the previous year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show she competed for a long time and establishing new goals every year. By the end of 2009 she was awarded four additional health titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her degree from college. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel was on the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of her performance. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way possible. This is accomplished by setting all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week one day being lightweight day, as well as the second days heavy weight.
